First,
we interview the mother to make sure we know exactly what she needs. We always do so with compassion and never with judgment. Needs are prioritized based on the urgency of each case.

Secondly,
we start to problem solve. This often begins with finding mothers housing and financial support and advances to education, job training, and legal help.

Then,
we take anywhere from a month to a year to make sure that we address all immediate issues and a plan is in place for long-term self-efficiency. We ensure that each mother can get to where they need to go to reach their goals, whether that be a job, an appointment, or school.

Lastly,
we stay in touch. A mother can reach out for help at any time in the future. Even years after we help someone, they may reach out for assistance or advice. Our doors are always open.
